The centre

A building set harmoniously within the estate, the Centre became the heart of the Campus from the time of its inauguration in late 1992.

Its large capacity is particularly suitable for the organisation of seminars, conventions and training ... combining comfort and technology.

The close proximity of the different spaces and services of the Centre facilitates and optimises the organisation of your events.

The Centre has about fifty air-conditioned rooms with natural daylight, are fully adaptable and have various ambiances.

Catering

The Centre's restaurant can accommodate groups of all sizes,
each of which can be screened off by planters if desired.

The restaurant can welcome up to 300 guests. Our chefs prepare the meals onsite using various seasonal ingredients.
Several spaces, each having its own particular ambiance (bistro, garden, veranda, mezzanine ...), can be reserved for your private use.

If time permits, the Cavoise courtyard can be converted into a summer restaurant,
with teak furniture and large parasols.

The gourmet menu

The gourmet menu served at the table consists of a starter, a main course, a platter of fine cheeses and a dessert.
An aperitif, drinks and coffee are included (white/red wine, still/sparkling water).

Our menu changes in accordance with the seasons.

Our chefs and our pastry chef, who has received an award from the Bottin Gourmand gastronomic guide for the 3rd consecutive year, give free rein to their creativity in harmony with the latest culinary trends.

They favour seasonal ingredients carefully selected from local producers and place all their skills and experience in the service of taste and refinement.
